A Delicious Seasonal Dinner by Chef Kendra Baker, Auction, and Highlights from Ship 669 Scouts

When: Sunday, November 3rd, 2024 6pm-8pm

Where: VFW Hall 2259 7th Avenue Santa Cruz (note this location is in midtown, not the Vets Hall downtown) Park in the lot behind the hall. Overflow parking in the Animal Shelter lot across the street or on street parking.

• Delicious Dinner by Chef Kendra Baker of The Glass Jar and the Sea Scouts
  • Lemony chick pea dip, romesco, crudités & Companion Bakeshop seeded baguette
  • Salad with Yellow Wall Farm apples, Fuyu persimmon, kale, spiced almonds & feta
  • Lamb Kofte or Quinoa Kofte with Rodoni Delicata Squash, Jimmy Nardello peppers, red onion, lemon, salsa verde
  • Farro, green beans, dill, shallot, whole grain mustard
  • Ice Cream from the Penny ice creamery

 

How Much?: Free for all. There will be an opportunity to make a donation of your choice for the dinner and to consider making a tax deductible donation to our end of year fundraising campaign. We accept cash, venmo, credit cards and checks payable to Santa Cruz Sea Scouts
